Xpertis College was founded in the UK in January 2019 by our current Principal Dr Hirpo Kumbi, following study into leadership methods, management theory and cross-cultural communication in an age of globalisation.

A decade of work in higher education management had revealed a series of difficulties for his students: those coming into education later in life or from immigrant backgrounds are faced with challenges related to work-life balance and responsibilities while those travelling from abroad, such as student’s from his native Ethiopia, often struggle without a proper contextual grounding for their studies.

Xpertis College has been built to address both of these problems, by offering flexible courses open to applicants from a variety of different backgrounds in the UK and British standard higher education delivered abroad, where students live.
